There was a little lizard......

I normally do not care for animals who fall on the scaly side......but I must admit this little baby lizard was pretty cute! Presly found him wandering about by the pool and captured him for a few hours before letting him go. I decided we needed a few pictures of him to remember him by and plus he was simply too adorable!

He was sooooo tiny! Tanna thought he was smiling here!

funny thing about blogging....

The funny thing about blogging is....you actually have to blog! I soooooo admire all these photographers, food creators, moms, artists, writers and business people who have built successfull blogs with tons of followers. I so wanna do that. I have always loved to write, just seldom found the time. I think, I think about it too much instead of just doing it. Just do it. Just do it. Repeat three times and then JUST DO IT! So I have tried to revamp my blog a little. I am starting small this time. Used to be I would spend hours just trying to make my blog LOOK and FEEL perfect, instead of actually blogging......I would spend hours, get tired, and basically just give up. So I will go about this with a new gusto. I want to write about day to day life. I want to write about photography, marriage, love, happiness, joy, sorrow, downs and ups......and also keep some kind of electronic diary for myself and my kiddos. I will not worry wether my page is hip or upbeat. For now I will focus on the writing side of things. I will keep my commitment small at first. I am going to commit to writing every night this week. I will post pictures, think of topics and try just to keep it simple at first. I also want to always share a picture and a quote when I blog. My quote for my first ever blog post is the old familiar favorite. "If at first you don't succeed. Try,try again." This is me trying. Again.
